Future Brand
From our research, we developed new values and a positioning statement for this future brand, using the preferable future as our North Star. Through intensive SWOT analysis of competitors and identifying consumer archetypes using the diffusion of innovation map, we pinpointed the ideal target audience for Serafina.








Applications
In concluding the project, each team member contributed to various brand applications and touchpoints to create an immersive experience for Serafina's consumers.
We developed tech athleisure that tracks health metrics, customized beauty products and experiences, an all-encompassing app for retreat personalization, and a community involvement campaign to spread health knowledge throughout Los Angeles.
