Pepero

Project Overview

Designed visual assets for Pepero Day, a high-profile event held in Times Square in November. Focused on adapting the iconic Korean brand’s visuals to resonate with American audiences, blending cultural elements with market-specific design strategies.

Summary & Process

To create visual assets for Pepero Day in Times Square, I began by studying Lotte Wellfood’s brand guidelines to ensure all designs aligned with their established identity. I developed a variety of in-person event materials, including canopy banners, posters, inflatables, barricade designs, signage, clothing decals, and more. Each piece was carefully crafted to adapt the brand’s Korean heritage to the American market, blending cultural relevance with local appeal. The project involved multiple rounds of design iterations, incorporating detailed client feedback at each stage to refine the assets and ensure they met both creative and strategic objectives.
